Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and serving for dozens of people! This is the spot for family reunions, work gatherings, and friends getaways - BOOK NOW! We do have several unique gathering spaces inside and out. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need to prepare food for your group. We have taken care of beds and linens to provide comfy, quiet bedrooms for rest. We have 7 bedrooms with enough beds to sleep 22 people comfortably. We are in a quiet neighborhood, so while playing outside in our large backyard is a blast, please keep it calm and take your group inside by 10 pm to respect the neighbors. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED PER CITY ORDINANCE The oversized 2-car heated garage is yours to use during your stay! Other amenities include a Bluetooth speaker, Apple TV, Laundry, a Sand Pit for kiddos out back, a ping-pong table, yard games, toys/books for kiddos, and more! We are available for questions, needs, and activity suggestions anytime! We're located only 20 min from downtown Denver and 20 min from downtown Boulder. Shops, movies, kid-friendly indoor activities, golf courses, hiking, grocery stores, and fantastic restaurants are all located within minutes! The house is located in a unique and sleepy little neighborhood, so it's best if your group is ready to take things inside by 10 pm. Uber/Lyft is readily available in our area.
